钢筋保护层厚度不够造成渗漏: Leakage due to insufficient thickness of reinforcement cover: 外部地下水通过底板外侧面很薄的钢筋保护层进入底板钢筋周围,钢筋腐蚀使砼有缝隙,顺钢筋方向,向地下室内部渗水。因此建议设计地下室时,底板外侧、外墙外侧钢筋保护层应严格按规范规定设置保护层并适当加厚,施工翻样、加工、绑扎钢筋时应取负差,避免钢筋由于胀模造成几乎无保护层。 The external underground water enters around the reinforcement of the bottom slab through the thin reinforcement protective layer on the outer side of the bottom slab.
