今年十月底，中塑协代表行业向发改委提出反垄断调查的申请，虽然一直没有相关消息反映这一申请是否会被驳回(因为申请主体应该是企业)，但中塑协还是代表下游行业对原料价格的大幅波动发出了应有的质疑。
