钢筋保护层厚度不够造成渗漏：

外部地下水通过底板外侧面很薄的钢筋保护层进入底板钢筋周围,钢筋腐蚀使砼有缝隙，顺钢筋方向,向地下室内部渗水。因此建议设计地下室时,底板外侧、外墙外侧钢筋保护层应严格按规范规定设置保护层并适当加厚,施工翻样、加工、绑扎钢筋时应取负差,避免钢筋由于胀模造成几乎无保护层。
The external underground water enters around the reinforcement of the bottom slab through the thin reinforcement protective layer on the outer side of the bottom slab. The reinforcement corrosion makes the concrete have a gap, and the water seeps into the basement along the direction of the reinforcement. Therefore, it is suggested that in the design of the basement, the protective layer of the reinforcement outside the base plate and the outer wall should be set strictly according to the specifications and properly thickened, and the negative difference should be taken when the reinforcement is turned over, processed and bound to avoid that the reinforcement has almost no protective layer due to the expansion of the formwork.
