基面清理干净，充分湿润后，r-1型材料加水（灰：水=1:0.4）搅拌均匀（不得含生料或团粒）成腻子状，用抹子或刮板迅速上第一层料（厚度1mm），涂层硬化后喷水湿养护，再上第二层料（厚度1mm），上料时稍用力使涂层密实。若还有局部渗水或有湿渍，只需在渗水或湿渍部位再加涂一层，直到不渗不湿。并注意搭接，每次配料不要太多（每次搅拌应在凝结前用完），以免造成浪费。涂层硬化后要进行湿养护3d。
